Il adopte le RFIC nRF52833 importé à l'origine de NORDIC, prenant en charge ble 5.1, ble mesh, 802.15.4, Thread, Zigbee et les protocoles propriétaires 2,4 GHz. La puce est livrée avec un noyau ARM CORTEX-M4 hautes performances.
